Fascism is not corporatism. That is an erroneous definition put out by people who hate Capitalism. Totalitarianism with a dash of Police State is more appropriate of a definition. The Big Bankers financed the Bolsheviks too, so let's get things in perspective.

Corporatism is a form of fascism. But what we have here in the states are neither.

Corporatism is an actual ideology that everybody here mistakenly thinks is related to mega corporations because of the assumed etymology of the word. What we have is not "corporatism", we have a "corporate capitalism".

Just wanted to clear that up. Going forward, we should all be aware that the US has a "corporate capitalist" economy. Which is worse than fascism, in my opinion.

What I am beginning to have a hard time with is this simple fact:

These '99% percenters' are really NOT the voice of the everyman or everywoman in this country. Hell, they are just as fringe and numerically insignificant in their views as wall street or the government is. They might be the 2%percenters...but rush hour still flows, the supercenters are still packed, and down south here we still watch college football on fall saturdays. WE are the real majority, not these spoiled rich white kids up there.
