Do you feel tired alot of the time and avoid red meat and dark green veggies? Do you like to chew on ice? If so, then your iron just might be low.
Either start cooking with cast iron, or get a blood test and take iron pills.

Fellow people of ATS, IT HAPPENED AGAIN! To those of you who read my post a while back (which you can read right
here) I once again shared the exact same dream with my aunt, but this time we didn't
see each other and there was no brunch! Lol.
So, here are the good details:
My version of the dream:
I have no clue how or why I got there but I was in this strange building that seemed to look like part of a school, library, and a clinic. The building had a lot of glass windows and stairs and in some parts the sun light came through, which made it glow from the late afternoon. I don't remember many other details from this place other then it had this medium sized fountain and lots and lots of trees and plants.
When I was in this building I suddenly found myself in this room with this lady who I think was either a nurse or a doctor. I don't remember her face and I don't think she spoke to me but she did have this paper in her hand which she gave me to look at. Apparently I had taken a blood test and the paper showed my results. There were two things wrong with my blood. The first is that I seemed to have had a very low iron count. It said so in big and bright red letters on the paper. The other thing that was wrong with me I simply cannot remember. What I don't understand is how did I receive results about my blood when I don't even remember taking a blood test in my dream?
This is my Aunt's version of the dream:
She found herself in the exact same building (all the details on how it looked were said in my version). She doesn't remember how she got there but she found herself looking around the place. Then this man approached her and said that he knew she was there to see her Hermatologist. She wasn't even aware that she had to see her doctor, she was really confused but she went along with what the man said. He continued by saying that her doctor didn't mind if he consulted her because he was the chief of something. Anyway, she went with this man and he had her file and he took a paper out and pointed at it. He was very mad at her, he kept asking why isn't her blood where it's suppose to be and why is it so low? He also said it was suppose to be at 4.36 but that it was very low and to put it simply her blood is like the stock market.
Her kept lecturing her and the whole time my Aunt was just really confused and just like me she wondered how is it she got results on her blood when she never took a blood test?
After the lecture she found herself coming down a stair case and she saw me but In my dream I never saw her!
So, what do you all think?
