Oh please. Who exactly will stand to lose the most if this were implemented? Are you really dense enough to need every little angle spelled out? Of course there are Blacks and Latinos who own property. Don't be stupid.

It is natural and it is sustainable. It has been ongoing for millennia. That is the condition of civilization. If you want to live in a civilized society, even one that reifies liberty, you must give up some liberties that you would have if there were no humans beings to make a compact with. That's natural, too.
