Google's newest feature...

So Google is currently at the top of it's game, pretty much owning all kind of competition in terms of search engines, which is why I was a bit baffled to find out about it's latest feature (read about it here)... which tells you in certain celebrities are gay or not?! Is this for real or a joke? Is there really any point to this?! It doesn't offer anything helpful such as Google Maps does and the people who it currently has information on are the most common known homosexual celebrities out there! I just don't get it...

I'm sure if you looked into it, it wouldn't just be question's about sexual orientation you could ask, there is probably more question's on different subjects too...

Google has just introduced a Gaydar type feature to it’s search engine, so you can now find out from Google if certain celebrities are gay. Go and type ‘is elton john gay’ into Google and you’ll be met with ‘Best guess for Elton John Sexual orientation is Gay‘ – pretty funny feature, but seriously, why?
