Alrighty... So its 7:50pm EST
I'm from Kentucky
I'm starting to feel very very on edge
Like I want to just run in circles or explode

To be fair... I do have panic attacks from time to time...
But I know the feeling I get when they do occur...
This is different... Its a different "vibe" inside me
Typically I listen to music and just chill out
focus on controlling my breathing and "happy thoughts"

I'm somewhat nervous, I know if I finish melancholia and stop comparing the chart in the movie to the ELENIN JPL I might be able to relax. But probably solar flares messing with our heads.

Could be the weather, its dreary and cloudy and had rained earlier.
Typically I enjoy that sort of thing.
But yeah my Wife feels the same way.

I guess the way to describe it is like your description...
Kinda like a panic attack without the anxiety

Thanks

I know what you mean. I've been having random panic attacks for a few months now, But before that I never had a care in the world. Don't know how to explain it, but talking to my family, my girl, or playing with my dog seems to put everything back in balance.

Sometimes i think a change is happening in the world around me, but I have no idea what it is.

Then again maybe it's all the doom-and-gloom threads I read.

I am located in TN and I have had the feeling for a very long time, but recently it seems to have gone away completely. I chalked it up to a magnetic anomaly #ing with my head, maybe it traveled North?

My daughters both got severe headaches during solar storms like we have experienced the past few days. I actually saw a thread a while back of others experiencing this also.

A couple years ago I started having panic attacks sporadically. Now I have them almost every day. I always get them when I have a very strong desire to look up porn. There is a reason why you have your panic attacks, you just have to discover the reason (I'm pretty sure). I used to be unaware of the reason why they happened to me. Now I know. Start a regular meditation practice, focusing on your breath if you want to discover the source. It's up to you.

TextIts so hard to describe though what it is like... imagine that feeling you get On a roller coaster + Heartbreak + First Kiss

If I had all of that at once, I think I would die.

Seriously though, apart from your panic attacks, what else do you think could be making you feel this way?

There isn't a full moon tonight, is there?

Well bud, to be honest here, for about the last four or five months I wake up feeling like today is the day! Day for what I have no idea, all I know is that something is gonna happen. Time seems to have sped ul dramatically and I'm always listening to the news to see if "it" has started. Elenin came along and I thought ah ha! That's gotta be it. But alas, no. I see every day that there are more and more UFO posts on YouTube and in the news. I think, "maybe that's it, finally gonna meet the little boogers.". And still nothing. A few years back I came pretty close to dying, I was in the hospital for 3 months and I wasn't supposed to make it past 18. I'm 32 now and think there's gotta be a reason I didn't go.

Ive got 2 kids now and I tell them every day that what they are teaching them in school is crap. Yeah, English math and such are worthwhile, but science and history are out the window. I've told them about puma punku, Easter island and the likes. I've shown them pictures of the ruins under the ocean off the coast of Japan. They know that a lot of the stuff they are "taught" is just worthless hypothetical nonsense supported by absolutely no actual fact. I just hope that whatever is coming hurries up and gets here so my poor mind will finally feel a sense of relief.

I became very tired and panicky earlier at about 7:00 pm est. I went to sleep, woke up two hours later and became more vi9olently ill than I have in years. Now I feel fine.

I've never replied or posted before, but your thread brought up something that rang true with me. Well, not me exactly, my husband. This past weekend he had such a terrible headache, on the right side, that I almost took him to the hospital. Headaches are not normal for him. He slept most of the weekend.
