Why need a trial micheal died the docter was respornsible seem pretty staight forward jail him why waste hundreds of thousends of dollars and time on a trial,he was giving jackko stuff of the record no need for trial,in my opinion every doctor are just gloyfied drug dealer's there is a cure for just about every desise and illnes but hey wheres the money in that they only treat and manage illnes's so people keep having to buy more or drugs or treatment,hey hu cares wer gonna be killed by elelin anyhow,oh wait shudnt that have happened by now its the 28th
p.s. i know my spelling is bad i have problems with dislexia ,and it would be nice if there was a spell chec on here but there not gona ad one just for me though.
is there any where in the uk i can watch the trial i belive its beng telivised??

The whole damn thing is a farce...the Jackson family want blood because they're too stupid and ignorant to admit Michael Jackson was hooked on drugs, both prescribed and unprescribed.

Everyone knows had Michael lived and did his shows in London, he would not had survived before half way.

Sure the doctor made some poor decisions but Michael was ultimately responsible for his own death because he was an idiot.

If you are using a windows system it has a spellchecker, highlight the word (or it will have a lil squiggly line underneath) and it will check for you....simples

today the stern show was playing some phone call tapes of MJ on heavy sedatives.

Its been on bbc one . His drug collection was larger than his shoe collection , private joke , sorry .
If you get to hear the tape , its horrendous what a state he was in , and the doc on trial recorded it .
It wasnt just him who was injecting him with whatever he wanted to try next .
He wanted to give his money to a childrens hospital , that is quite a shame he didnt he didnt do his world tour .

I didn't know the man personally. But he sent the message that we need to hear. Don't even try and tell me that this song doesn't make complete, and total sense.

Michael was an adult. He was the one ultimately responsible for his choices. I'm sick of this society where no one is held accountable for their own bad consequences, due to bad choices. Michael chose to be an addict. He was enabled by everyone around him, for their own reasons, including his doctors. Should every person in his family who knew of, and accepted
Michael's bad choices, be put on trial too?

I believe in a fair trial. I also believe the doctor is the sacrificial scape goat in this scenario, due to the celebrity aspects of this unfortunate case.

he was an adult but i think he had the mind of a child due to his upbring thats why he had neverland built and i think the child abuse claims were just to exploit a vunrable man,it was silly for him to pay out on the firt one shure he thought it would be easer than goin to court but it opend the gates for people to tar him with the peado brush.

I fully agree. The Jackson family need to face the cold hard truth of their belovered Michael Jackson. If Michael had any ounze of respect for his kids he would had cleaned up his drug abuse, if not for his sake but for his children. They deserved alot more and they are the only victims in all of this. The Jackson family leave a whole lot to be desired in my books and the only decency in that family was Mumma Jackson.

Here's the official Youtube video of his slurred words right before he died; dated May 10th 2009 @9am. Now where the hell are his kids while he's getting high? Michael was in NO shape for that London tour, not even for one concert !

If you check out the trial you will see that the defense says Jackson gave himself another dose of his "milk" without the doctor present and expressly against the doctor's orders. Jackson in his later years was clearly a mental case. Something was seriously wrong with him. I suppose books could be written, but he was a self-indulgent space case who couldn't handle the pressure. Anyone else exhibiting behavior such as Jackson did would have been institutionalized.
