The blackout of news coverage reveals just how corrupt our MSM is with TPTB. I have asked several friends if they have heard or seen any news coverage concerning the “Occupy Wall Street”. And of course the answer is “NO”.

I feel it’s time we bombard the phone lines demanding news coverage of the event. Many of us can’t leave our families, jobs or businesses to join those protesting against the Wall Street tyranny.

At least we can help by demanding the MSM to cover the event.

Nothing will change unless we take a stand...........

Below are phone numbers, email addresses and links for the MSM big boys……….

I'd also suggest - strongly - the boycotting and/or dumping of your Yahoo email.

I did.

They've been caught red handed censoring your emails over the Wall Street Protests.

Bye bye yahoo for me - 'apologies' just don't cut it.

Yahoo Apologizes For Censoring Wall Street Protesters Email

Occupy Wall Street activists are accusing Yahoo of blocking emails that includes the web address of the protest "occupywallstreet.org".

Autoreply emails from Yahoo say: “Your message was not sent. Suspicious activity has been detected on your account. To protect your account and our users, your message has not been sent. If this error continues, please contact Yahoo! Customer Care for further help. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Oh lord... here we go again.

I hope the NYPD will kindly arrest enough people this time so they will feel properly revolutionary and move on to... Mexico or Canada.

WE are the media right now.

I've been following the protest since it started on the 17th.
I check every day to see what MSM is reporting and its only slowly coming in.
What's worse is what does come in is so totally skewed it is ridiculous.

The host of this program and his little girls totally got to me.
(sorry dont know how to embed yet)

video.foxnews.com...

There are more and more articles surfacing on a daily basis and at least after Michael Moore and Susan Sarandon stopped by the other night some press is reporting a little differently.

More importantly don't wait to hear what those spin doctors have to say about the situation.

Watch live for yourself!!!

www.livestream.com...

The people occupying Wall Street have put together a nice media center and they broadcast LIVE.
They include marches, general assembly meetings and good chat from supporters world wide. They have a shipping location for donations and have teamed with OCCUPYTOGETHER.ORG where there are protests scheduled in the coming week in over 40 cities.

Thousands of people worldwide are tuning in to this and the goal is to share these URLs amongst your solcial media outlets and let everyone know whats really going on, MSM or not.

Sorry about the amateur video links but I felt inclined to get this out as soon as I could. I will learn to make my comments a little easier to view in the future.

NAMASTE

what blackout ? I live in the area and the local news is covering it every night

the thing is

they are protesting in the wrong place, so it's really not a compelling story. wall street is a trading floor, not where the policies are made

any real change can only come from congress, so the protests are doomed to produce nothing but arrests, and the news guys know it so they don't spend too much time on it

What exactly are you suggesting we change and if you do know what changes do you want implemented. The Occupy Wallstreet agenda is backed by Socialist.Do you advocate a Socialist policy or the Constitution of the United States of America, because certainly you cannot have both.

you said it yourself...you live in the area
most of us do not

I don't think this movement is looking for congressional change
congress is just as corrupt as the bankers that put them there
this is an attempt at "real" change
the system is broken and manipulated
using the current system to try and fix the current problem will only result in a band-aid and a bigger future problem

wall street is an exchange market. what are they actually hoping for ?

the only way to get real change is to sever the financial relationship between politicians and the lobbyists and donors who influence them so the government will start to act for the people

not gonna happen on wall street

Another thing we should do to help the cause is look in your cities if there is an occupy going on and secondly lets try sending some food or wtfever we can to make sure this doesn't lose steam for if it does, efforts will have been in vein and we don't want our spirit crushed.

wall street was simply a venue
and when the cops pushed them into Zuccati park it was a blessing because it's privately owned and they got permission to occupy from the owners

Are you suggesting that we approach congress and ask them to quit taking money from their keepers?

Wall Street is an exchange market.... fair enough, but its also the card table where all of the feds imaginary money is played at the expense of the 99%

Curious to hear how your local news is covering the event............It may not be the right place to be protesting.......but it’s a start.............and hopefully it will become a movement across the US…….

That’s why the MSM is not covering it……….TPTB is hoping it will go unnoticed and fade away........

Demand MSM coverage………….

I totally agree with your call to action. I emailed my demand for coverage of this event to CNN a couple of days ago. Thanks for posting the e-mails on the other media outlets. You can count on me to drop emails to the other "censored media outlets."

Our media now works for our government. Welcome to government controlled media!
