I understand that you quoted me but then you went on about TEA partiers being black and Obama's detractors only being labeled racist or whatever. I just did not get what all that or really any of that had to do with what you quoted or how I was supposed to respond. You seemed to quote me and then go off on how awesome it is that you and some other TP's voted for Obama.

If you want another candidate to win, vote for them. If enough of the electorate feels the same and acts accordingly, you'll get your wish. Don't get all crinkly-mouthed about the validity of other people's opinions just because you don't share them.

I still have faith in Ron Paul; however if our corrupt political system decides to put Obongo back in office for another 4 frickin years, I will seriously be looking into obtaining a Canadian citizenship.

Ron Paul has lots more support than anyone knows because people are obviously trying to keep his credibility as a legit candidate out of the public eye. if he didnt have a shot why would the media try so hard to convince people that he doesn't. If he can find a way to reach more people he can win, and that would be huge

You may very well be right, as a matter of fact I am certain it is not but we have to start somewhere, and if there is anyone who can help on the "inside" it would be Ron Paul" he will at least do what he can. If or when he gets in office, he is going to need the help of the people to clean out the rest of the crooks in congress and senate in order to get anything done!

I wouldn't count out Ron Paul just yet.

The Republican party is dying. It's that simple. Probably an actual tea party will rise soon now indeed.

Here's my 2 cents on the current dog and pony show:

Does not matter who wins, they are all the same. This Republican/Democrat- Conservative/Liberal RonPaul/Obama FALSE left/Right paradigm is just a convenient game for us to play.

I predict that Obama/ Congress will suspend the 2012 elections due to a FAKE "National Emergency". My personal opinion is that they, (big gov, corporations, shadow gov, whatever), know he Cannot be re-elected in the current environment of big government distrust and rightly so. These arguments about who is the best candidate just divide us.

Pay no attention to the man (corporations) behind the curtain.

Mitt Romney would arrest this wheelchair bound man with muscular dystrophy if he takes medical marijuana. What reason did Mitt Romney give for such a view? None.

Ron Paul has no chance... and the way both parties have interpreted the constitution (though mostly the pro-corporation right) every party neds money to compete, and lots of it...

The chances of any real movement outside of the hands of special interests gaining any real traction is close to zero.

Ron Paul is simply a slightly more popular (right wing) Dennis Kucinich. Imagine if I said to you, "Kucinich will win because he's got great policies and America really needs an honest non-mainstream leader".

You'd laugh me out the door.

He has a chance in the form of change. No different than any revolutionary really. Karl Marx had no chance of changing over 2 billion people in one century to being communists. But his inheritors did. Consider Ron Paul like the Jeffersonian Carl Marx.

Also I suppose I'm all for the big corporations and the lot. But I'm also in favor of rounding up the liars and thieves amongst them every decade or so and shooting them. Maybe that makes me a national socialist. I don't really know. All I know is that it worked. Nations with that mentality certainly saw great social progress for their own people. Simply apply it to America.

Because, amongst other things, he's not for guns. That's a big no no in America. The two are hardly alike beyond a few policies.
