....The corruption in our govt. is so deep, it sickens me. Unless we break the chain, by electing someone other than the regular candidates, we're screwed.

The general populace in the U.S. is too dumbed down to even make a good decision in electing honest people. The two main political parties in addition put a strangle hold on who can afford to run for office. The only way to get in is by knowing someone of favor or buying your way in.

Yep, we're screwed.

Pics and vids were taken but the fact they remain classified does not instantly qualify it under the "If they aren't going to release them it didn't happen file". That is just that.

Members of The Senate, House, Defense dept, State and White House have seen them. Less then 100 have and as far as anyone is concerned that is that.

Nothing else matters, that is that, end of discussion. There is no more debate on this topic as it's a dead issue.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Public disclosure of graphic photos and video taken of Osama bin Laden after he was killed in May by U.S. commandos would damage national security and lead to attacks on American property and personnel, the Obama administration contends in a court documents.

The only logical reason they think that way is if that wasnt bin laden at all but rather they killed a innocent retired general and which explain the dumbing of the body into the sea, just do like the mafia does cover it up.

And didn't I read that all of the witnesses (the Special Forces that performed the At Sea burial) die in a helicopter crash?

No. You didn't. Same unit, different people

Even Disinfo.com says they were not the ones in the bin Laden rad

Glad to have cleared that up for you.

It definitely is a possibility. Pretty much any scenario fits better than the official story.

Definitely a sad state of affairs. People are just used to getting lied to I guess.

Why do people say pics or it didn't happen, this is a dated idea in the age of Photoshop. Im just saying because people complain about no pics but if they were released we will simply call fake. We are way past the age where images or videos should be considered evidence especially by governments.

I wonder if the Whitehouse actually thinks people are buying any of this anymore.

By definition, half the country has less than average intelligence, and even those average dudes aren't all that sharp.

What's the Nazi quote? Big lies, often enough, yada yada.

The way I see it, half the country is too stupid to even begin to question what the magic box tells them. A good portion of the other half isn't concerned because their career, their sports teams, their finances, their sitcoms, their pets, their clothes shopping, and their family issues are more important.

Then you have a small percentage that can see through the crap and actually get angry that they're being lied to.

Here's a fun clip explaining my views on it...

You took the thoughts right out of my mind.
I have been suspicious whether They did indeed kill Osama myself. It would make sense to keep him alive and get more out of him and crush the will of the people who follow him by lying in the same fashion. So many advantages to that type of deception.

No - there's no advantages at all in that type of deception. You haven't thought through the implications very well.

Having announced that they killed him, later announcinge that he is still alive just makes them look like idiots.

You do not "crush someones aspirations" by holding someone alive after saying he is dead - yuo do so by saying you have captured him, then periodically making it known he's betrayed his cause, intelligence he's given has enabled others to be killed or captured, etc.

In The Helicopter Crash They Were Memebers who killed Bin Laden

Except it doesn't actually say they were the team members on the mission at all.

It says they were in Seal Team 6 - which I already said - had you bothered to actually read the links I provided - indeed if you even bothered to read your own link - here's the first sentence of it:

WASHINGTON -- U.S. officials tell The Associated Press that they believe that none of the Navy SEALs who died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan had participated in the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, although they were from the same unit that carried out the bin Laden mission.

So your link "proving" my "MSM" link wrong:

1/ is actually sourced from hte MSM itself, and
2/ doesn't say what you say it says, and
3/ says exactly the same thing that I said.

3 out of 3 - you're on a roll - what else can you possibly get wrong here??

I guess typical Aloysius buys into the mainstream cover up eh?

Actually I believe the CT site I linked to that said they were not the same team members who killed BL

Next time you fail try to make it at least a little challenging to spot your incompetence.

Thanks in advance

The photos must stay secret because there are no photos to release. Seal Team Six didn’t kill Bin Laden. Why do you think that chopper went down with all those members of Seal Team Six on board? It was done to keep them from talking. Dead men tell no tales, and that’s if THAT event ever happened. So, you have to ask yourself….How many reels of stock footage does the main stream media have of choppers that have been shot down over there? That could have been a false story the government used to pull them out of the loop and assign them new identities. The government knows that those team members involved in the raid (no matter how hard they tried to keep their identities a secret) would have been found and questioned for their side of the story. Some may have even wanted to give their side of the story for financial gain, or just plainly let the so called cat out of the bag. But the sad, sad fact is now we may never know. The U.S. Government has put its collective foot down and told a court of law (in so many words or less) “Sorry…But we think its best that we not release those photos and videos because someone might get hurt.” In my own opinion that is one of the lamest excuses I have ever heard. We have been at war over there for a decade, and if there not highly pissed by now, I don’t think a few photos of a dead man (that died for their cause) is going to piss them off any more than they already are. Sorry, I have to call B.S. one this one folks.

Sorry, but the 3 little key words in that statement is “that they believe”. Those 3 little words give them plausible deniability on the report. The statement just as well could have read “U.S. officials tell The Associated Press that they believe The Tooth Fairy is real”. But that doesn’t make it the truth now does it?

People still spot Elvis. People spot Jesus. How come no one is seeing Osama? If he is alive, shouldn't he be telling anyone and everyone he can he is still here?

What are you talking about? None of the people in that crash were from the Osama mission. Do you have any idea how many members of SEAL team 6 there are?

If they just killed the wrong guy then I am even more curious why Osama would not be out bragging about how alive he still is.

Or why the dead guy's family would not be suing the pants off the US government. Or, if the dead guy really were a Pakistani general, why the Pakistani government has not protested.

pic or it didn't happen. I mean if he was shot they would release the pics and then most of the group that shot him conviently dies in a chopper crash a few weeks later. I can only think of 2 reasons why the pics arn't relesed Obama's slam dunk for a 2nd turm
or the troops molested the body and every shot was as wrong as a necrophilia's porno.

What is wrong with people's ability to read and understand information on ATS? Not only were most of them not killed in a chopper crash, NONE OF THEM WERE.
