just offering a different take on the whole thing is all

thats what they told me when i bought my house and they were right lol. but fortunately i foreclosed. no point in paying 300k for something thats worth 90k now.

This is the perfect time to take that anger and go to make an appointment to see the bank owner or manager.
And chew him out real good.

You don't need some jackass coming along and putting ugly thoughts into your wifes head.
A marriage is alot of work. And a monkey wrench in the gears isn't a good idea.

As an aside. Putting your wife on the title isn't a bad thing.
Remember husband or wife not husband and wife.

Nicely said, I need the truck in my name simply for my ego here.
When I sell my old truck the cash goes to the loan and there will be little or any debt remaining.
If the new truck is not in my name I own nothing here, maybe half the house but I don't count that at all.
I just need to get up in the morning and pound my chest a bit and say that is my truck!
The Queen here (wife) owns a much nicer ride than the truck we just bought here.
I don't know if anyone can relate here.......till you get really sick your ok.....get sick then your second city for sure.

If this was my wife I'd just make up a horrible lie about the loan officer to tell her.

*It has to be so horrible that she won't want to ask him about it.

Good new folks, the youngster Loan Officer cut us a check today for the new truck tomorrow.
I guess I am going to stick around and at least drive the truck before I leave my wife here.
