A friend of mine used to work in security for a retail store (the whole "undercover shopper" routine). She's glad to have been rotated out of it,
because she had directly contributed to identifying shoplifters and getting some people arrested.
The "criminal mindset" doesn't quite work like ours does. It does not say: "gee... maybe I was doing something wrong and I should blame my lack
of integrity." It says: "Damnit, because of them, I got caught!"
