I tried to capture this one but my software is not good enough...this thing is going very fast !!

If someone can capture this on the video please do....

to se this go to secchi.nrl.navy.mil...

Select HI1 in the middle
Select Secchi B
Select 1024x1024
Date 20110916
Days 09

Submit...

Now look at the right middle from the right to the left....something is flying very fast

If you cant see it at the begining click on faster and click Reverse at the end...and just watch and please tell me what do you think this is??

Nope...looked at it for a few mins and see nothing.

Why not...press print screen, and circle the object in paint or photoshop. Then upload it to Tinypic...copy the image code and post it

Confirmed. Small faint object moving from right to left in the middle. Good catch. Hard to say what it is.

Interesting find. Who knows what it could be. It does however look like its moving fast.
Can anyone confirm if there has been any other activity around the sun, such as this find?

It is clear to see something moving, the "reverse at end" option is useful to see it at speed. Could it be a mark on the device? That would appear to move faster than the background.

It's easy enough to see. It runs along the ecliptic whatever it is. SnF for the OP.

OH.....OK!! ;-) Thanks!!

So ...uh.....why we putting in that date? To see what was by the sun on that date?

Sorry...maybe I haven't had enough coffee in order for me to awaken with common sense.

You can put any date there...

Secchi is showing only 9 days ( if you choose 9 ) after the day you entered

I guess that it is just another "unidentified flying object"....

I looked at it and at the first look i saw nothing. Then I realized wow! This object you are talking about is very small according to the other celestial object and the sun. You can barely see it but it is definitely moving.

For those who do not see it, the object is above the celestial object which does only move slowly to the right. Hard to see but a nice test for the eyes. It makes me wonder what it is and how close to the sun it went, if it was that close anyway ?

Nice find Star and Flag.
