From what i have understood, if you click on the tab " Forums " and scroll down you will see a section in blue and its named " OFF TOPIC: General
Chat Forums , i believe this the BTS your referring to.

After the Great Unification of ATS 2010, all we see at the old BelowTopSecret.com domain is a Red Hat Enterprise
Linux Test Page.
Personally, I would prefer to see it redirect to the "BTS" section of our forums, but I'm sure the Overlord has his reasons.
