I believe vitamin B12 is what you can't get with a strictly vegetarian diet.

Hi thanks. My mother told me to drop grains, because she did, many years ago, and lost weight. (It was a temporary diet for her though, not a permanent change.)
Here is what I was eating prior to this. Pizzas of all kinds, resteraunt and frozen. Cereals, breads, snacks.
I HATE vegetables.
But decided to make myself eat them.

Sounds like Diabetic Keto Acidosis- which can lead to coma and death. This happened to me. You should go to your doctor immediately and get checked out.

Thank you for the advice, basically I am trying to treat a health issue with low fat vegan diet, it seems to be helping, but I do need more research.
Seek immediate medical care (call 911) if you have heart arrhythmias; dizziness or wooziness; vomiting blood; dehydration; severe vomiting; severe diarrhea; severe abdominal pain; difficulty breathing; or confusion or loss of consciousness for even a brief moment.

Right now, I am feeling better. I went and drank a glass of orange juice, then a big glass of water. It was ickee because I didn't crave this, but I made myself, and now I am feeling a lot better than when I started this thread. But such probably doesn't bode well, as it sounds like something to do with diabetes. I probably have it and it's undiagnosed.
