Absolutely not.Carrying around some fat if you maintain a good excercise program is fine. What is unhealthy is excess toxins in the body.Eating plenty of salt will help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle too. This will help you break a really good sweat, thereby releasing all the toxins built up.Beer and vodka help maintain mental equillibrium. So to recap, carry around some fat,eat plenty of salt, drink beer and vodka.

Not really sure why you made the decision to lose weight.See you lose weight really fast when you die,the goal in this lifetime is to keep the weight on,so that if you do get sick, your body has some fat reserves. Its the bodies survival mechanism.Dont get caught up in the paris hilton crackhead mentality.
Excess body fat MAKES you sick. It is toxic and leads to almost every age related disease. Do you really think having fuel storage will mean anything if you are unhealthy to begin with? Get with the times, buddy.
