Excess body fat MAKES you sick. It is toxic and leads to almost every age related disease. Do you really think having fuel storage will mean anything if you are unhealthy to begin with? Get with the times, buddy.
Absolutely not.Carrying around some fat if you maintain a good excercise program is fine.What is unhealthy is excess toxins in the body.Eating plenty of salt will help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle too.This will help you break a really good sweat,thereby releasing all the toxins built up.Beer and vodka help maintain mental equillibrium.So to recap,carry around some fat,eat plenty of salt,drink beer and vodka.

You haven't been getting enough carbohydrates. That's why you lost it so fast, and that's why you feel weak. Do yourself a favor and go eat a whole grain bread tuna fish sandwich.

Loss of protein won't make you weak. Most Americans severely lack the optimal amount of protein to begin with. Lacking that will only result in less muscle and fat.
