I am not sure where this could have come from but its what I woke up to this morning. I think my car is totaled.

No, don't touch it. Take pictures from every angle, get the police to write up a report., call your insurance agent and find out how to go about filing a claim against NASA. I'm sure they're expecting stuff like this.
