I believe that is the mir footage, the 15-year-old Russian space station that re-entered the atmosphere on March 23, 2001 near Nadi and Fiji.

The guy in Hawaii couldn't have seen it. He was in Paia, Maui which is on the wrong side of the island. But if he had seen it, it couldn't have been seen in Canada or South America. There was one tweet from Canada probably from the people that posted the video in the OP.

Luckymauro has posted much nonsense, and as seen above, he has used a "stolen" video and claimed that it is the UARS re-entry. He once again has shown that he cannot be trusted.
