Wow he survived over a month drinking rain water and eating charcoal?

The article is so vague. I can't stand it when they don't go into what genes were different and if there's anything unique about the pigs. I just see the slanted eyes. It's "coincidental" (can't think of the right word... ) the pig was castrated- so they could officially clone it....

Is it sad that they are holding this pig in esteem, cloning it just to make more to eat?

(Don't get me wrong, to me bacon is a beverage!)

It's truly amazing to see animals display such strong will and courage. Many people don't seem to comprehend the fact that animals are very smart indeed.

As for the cloning, at least they'll get the genes from this pig and maybe try and locate what are the differences between it and a so called "regular" swine.
