Why cant they just send it into outter space, why does it have to re-enter the orbit???

is this going to be possible to see with the naked eye? I have a telescope as well but im assuming this will be moving too fast to track, especially since i use manual levers

I wonder if this will become common place with the fall of the economy. What would happen if all of them were turned off would we have 100s crashing to earth?

As for the question of it being able to be seen? Yes is the answer, depending on a few factors. The satellite will break up and has the possibility of flaring up quite nicely. Check out this article...It explains much more than I will.

Falling satellite could spark stunning light show.

With the luck we've had in the last year, id say it will definatley land on Christcurch, New Zealand. :-)

I bet it lands in Denver at the Denver international Airport.

I've been trying to connect to that site for two days and it always times out. Not once have I been able to connect.

Colorado or New Mexico. Somewhere in the Rockies. That is my WAG based on no information. Oh wait, I mean my psychic prediction.
