"The Journal Of Decade 137 Defferential Specialist Kent Alison: Entry 0981. If you're reading this, then the date is November 14th, 2009, and the president in the United States of America is Hillary Clinton. If my calculations are correct, you have plenty of time to overt an unthinkable catastrophe that will end all that you, I, or anyone else has ever known. This will be hard for you to accept, and I cannot transmit too many details, but you need to know enough so that you can discover what must be done. These messages are from what you would consider the future, but here at a date in your future, we have discovered the true nature of time, and it is not linear. We, as humans experience events sequentially which to the observer, is the passing of time. But the force known as time is tied to gravity, and defined by intersecting, overlapping, and concentric bubbles of space time. The earth has a space time bubble, the moon has a space time bubble that intersects the earth;s, and the entire solar system has a concentric bubble that contains the space time bubbles of all planets. In 2097, the Temporia Corporation, under grants from the five incorporated global territories, discovered that space time bubbles may be manipulated by a dodecahedron contra terrain accelerator. When the DDH CT is initiated, it immediately resonates with the status of the local space time bubble in which it resides. From that, an impossibly complex mathematical formula is obtained, through complex decryption methods, that defines the resonation of the DDH CTa which is effectively the equation of time for everything in the bubble. That equation is referred to as the Time Phase Equation, or TPE. Since time is an observed attribute as defined by our linear existence we cannon travel back in time to repair what is wrong in our current world. But it was discovered that the resonance of the DDH CTa can be altered by programming it with a new TPE. Specific changes in the TPE can alter what we see as our past. A few of the major events in your period are the result of our modifications of the TPE. I'm a differential specialist responsible for your decade. My alterations to the TPE are responsible for the attacks you experience on September 11th, 2001, and the financial crisis that decimated the Federal Reserve bank. We're making changes to "the past" via the TPE because of United Territories Administration has determined that our "present" is unsustainable. A devastating war occurred in 2063 that resulted in the loss of countries and laid waste to vast areas. Operating under the direction of the Incorporated Territories, the Temporia Corporation has been tasked to redefining past events via the TPE so that the tensions that initiated the war..."

In the John Titor story, he mentioned there being a female president elected, many thought that this would have been Hillary Clinton. I think that this whole thing is alluding to TT_0.

Also, the twitter mentions HCRG (possibly a research group), HC could be Hillary Clinton. In the same message it mentions curator Parker Richardson, that may (or may not) refer to the person in this video: Youtube

How is that even possible. The number is currently at: 1711116 (1,711.116) and is decreasing. Please explain how that will make its way to 10112011 (10,112,011) ?

Im not discussing im trying to relay observed clues...

Also, I noticed the width of the website is 1337 ( commonly associated with the meaning LEET or ELITE ) . Why is that uncommon? Because web designers dont tend to design websites past 1024 due to monitor size. How do I know this ? Because I am a web designer.
