Why is there not a "General" topic board?

Or am I missing it (being that I'm new and blonde, please for give me if there is one).. where we can talk about whatever is on our mind..

There's also the Website-related discussion forum on ATS, that is kinda like a general forum about conspiracy related stuff.

There is...the Chit Chat board is just on BTS.

Sure. They're avatars.

If so much of them are ugly, it might be because we live in a ugly world.
But you're free to use pretty pictures as avatars too, if you want.

Edit: There's a "tutorial" links on ATS that explain almost everything about setting up an avatar.
