I think right now, we're looking for both.

We need to find the last two pages

We need to figure out what we're supposed to type in the box next

and there are various clues (that we know of) that could help in both of those endeavors.

The code/numbahs are whats really driving me mad ATM

In the pages, are there any nuclear events discussed?

I don't know, I was going on the post I responded to. Perhaps it may be on a page we have not read yet. It is almost like we are supposed to save Kent's world rather than Kent saving ours? That is kind of like Catch 22. If we save his world, he can't change ours, but if we change ours then his world won't need to be changed?

His job is to change our history to make his world right, but if he has to change our world, there would be no reason for him to exist. Catch 22.

Check the time of this post......4:03......today
Not sure where to go from here though....

And I'm eastern US time....

I'm pretty sure the numbers on the enigma page mean this, but I could be wrong.... 1.68 (first page 68th word/letter) 2.100 (2nd page 100th word/letter) 2.165 (2nd page 165th word/letter etc etc etc.... but before i start doing that i would like to verify the order of the pages so i don't have to do all that counting for nothing....

I started that last night, just like your talking about (page.letter) but got nowhere. the first few were:

PEGEDUU -or- PEGENSO (depending on whether or not you count the typos)

ETA: I think the page filenames (both versions of the naming convention) are a clue to the code, and i think the code on that ATS post from page 21 (i think) in this thread (which has a post ID matching the first set of numbers on EA) are all related. I think we are supposed to somehow crack the number system from that.

Could be wrong. We are still missing two pages, it seems.

To avoid confusion, here's an update on the pages found listed in a likely chronological order:

Pages found with page order unknown:

Page x (same) - uhbygv-eszrdx.jpg
Page x+1 - ph4e810bd4.jpg
Page x+1 (same) - 561000-000165.jpg

Note:
The pages that have 2 versions are due to the following:
When pages have been discovered where the JPG file resides on the ATS website, the filename format is 10 lowercase alpha-numeric characters. After the discovery, the Enigma-Amgine website gets updated by the gamemaster to have a link to the same (or mostly the same) document now located on the E-A site with a filename format of XXXXXX-XXXXXX.jpg.

Hope this helps. Corrections are welcome!

I've been trying that with the 12377009 thread.

( 2.68 2.110 2.140 2.255 4.18 5.33 5.250 5.265 5.391 5.439 7.5 7.175 7.299 8.115 8.300 )

ueenohtfot is what I have so far, without knowing where spaces are it's insane. You also have to wonder do you count spaces, punctuation, etc.

It can also end up being a cryptogram but again without spaces,,,,,,,ugh

How are you getting to that result? As in, why decryption technique are you using?

SO, I hope you're having fun laughing at us idiots!!!! We could sure use another hint or at least a CHAT ROOM!!!

For 2.68 I open what I believe to be document 2

Then count to the 68th letter which I get U
Next is still document 2, 110th letter, E
Etc.

Don't know if it is right but giving it a whirl!!

I tried that technique last night on the EA numbers and got nowhere. I really got stumped when I realized that I'd have to decide whether or not to count typos and missing letters lol Its a HUGE task to count it all out.

Meh. I've had enough of this for now. Time to eat...

They are listening, the numbers are now in a different color!

I also noticed that one of the two pages not displayed is the one with the clue 4.03 historic (we have the page, but haven't solved it yet).

They intend it to melt your brain.

When it's all said and done, you'll finally be able to step back, and say.....

"Man, that was awesome!"

My brain is running through all the possible meanings as well. YOU are not alone.

I became a member just to add my "two-cents" on all this Time traveling business. It seems that its the newest topic around. In my eyes, first this website, which started like about 4 weeks ago, then Facebook with a game called "Gardens of Time" about 2 to 3 weeks ago, then Yahoo.com, today, with one of their top stories about a new show about to air Monday called "Terra-Nova" which again deals with time traveling. I notice that its been the trend recently...if you can pick up on the clues. Things are gettin crazier and crazier

I also believe that we are on the right track with the numbers being an index to words or letters on the journal pages due to the fact that the &$%^#$%#% image quality makes it rather difficult to use optical character recognition (OCR) on the jpg files. I have converted some to tiff and run them through OCR to see what I get, and what I get ain't useful.

Here is what I got using the 'cleanest' file we have, 561000-000165.jpg:

If we can decide which documents are supposed to be used, we could each pick one and transcribe it. I do believe some people have text/html versions from when SO accidentally posted seven or eight of the docs in full text.

Druid: In response The whole page paints the picture that kent is actually fighting against kent from the future. Not a play on words. From my interpretation of events kent goes to work for this other company but due to fragmentation issues he doesnt remember this, so he is sending himself clues as he is sending us clues... the idea is the future has already happened, what happens is based on what happened in the past though. Perhaps this future kent is corrupted by the power being offered to him even and is sending stuff back to keep himself from meddling. If ten years from now we could change time would you stop changes being made now if someone offered you your own country and an unlimited supply of money? Before time was tampered he was the one that caused the war of 2012 and caused the UTA to have its power, but because the timeline was altered it caused the kent that we are talking to now, to realize current changes would lead to a war of devastating proportions and he was trying to make changes to prevent it, essentially undoing the work he started... Time isnt linear but imagine this cycle as:

Percieved Timeline 2011_____________Kent causes war______________Working for new company___________________________^^^^^^^^ This event loops back to here were Kent tries to prevent the war... Loop again.

Coincidentally this storyline is very similar to the game DARK CLOUD 2 (which I recently started trying to obtain a copy again) The future or perceived present was being changed from the past and the world was a wasteland, its been awhile but certain things would change and the world would be restored.

Right now my problem is, that so many clues have been found that I am unsure the means employed to find them. I also have the feeling that we just need one (or two pages) to solve the game. I hate to play the wait for someone to find the next clue game, as it might lead to me watching them run off with the IPAD in the competitive sense. The last page found has no apparent clues, which tells me we might have missed something and was supposed to get the page last, as it feels like the ending of the plot twist. If we are lucky enough to have a few more clues, then I think its time to get my game face on with the next page found.
