How do you know the original Jerusalem was not Mecca or Medina? I understand there is none or very little evidence of ancient Jerusalem in today's Jerusalem. As Yahweh's original temple was a volcano, how do we know the original temple mount was not in fact just a volcanic mountain. Many questions have not been answered in thousands of years and that is because minds have been constrained by previous assumptions.

Islam is a late comer . Islam looks to have plagiarized the Talmud with it's personalized spin . Jerusalem has existed long before Mecca was a religious center . Although the Muslims have tried to expunge any sign of the Jewish Temple and signs that the Jews ever existed there , they originally built the Mosque to actually protect and and keep the site for the returning nation of Israel . Islam was not popular with Arabs for some time and then at that they were made to comply as they are today.
