Just found a site with documents on governments programs on psychic abilities and thought there may be some persons on this site who were interested.

Stargate collection

Here are a couple of documnents on the site, released under FOIA:
Parapsychological Association Meeting of the 9-11 september 1971

Soviet and Czechoslovakian Parapsychology Research 1975

Apparently, they had some good success with some subjects.
