I'm going through the same trouble right now. Thanks to all who replied to this OP has really gave me a few things to think about.. Ironic as the whole idea of meditation is not to. Haha. Thanks anyway, peace.

This is happening to me as well! Did you get out of that? I feel really stuck and could sure use some advice.
