Good evening,

I haven't really seen any threads about this, and since a few people I know and since this came out, I figured it was worthy of mention.

Nothing really special, but I was still surprised that so many people felt it.

I heard it coming. I'm not that far from Ottawa. It wasn't that strong were I live but in the span of a year we had 3 or 4 which is odd for our region of the world.

Another one? Wasn't there one a 3.6 off Japan just earlier today? Stay safe.

I did feel it a bit. I was hanging out on a balcony that is elevated a bit, but still is connected to the ground. Usually I feel little vibrations if a big truck goes by on the street in front of the house, but I did feel a bigger actually shake in the floor, and seconds after people started reporting on their facebook about the earthquake.

I was sitting in the living room here in Orleans (East of Ottawa) chatting with my daughter when she suddenly looked up and said "What the F^&* is that?" There was a low humming/rumbling sound followed by a couple of small jolts and that was it.

I'm in Rockland, about 8 kms from the epicenter. It felt like a huge explosion that shook my house. It knocked down my daughter's book shelf and scared the be-jesus out of her. It sort of explained why my dog had been acting scared all afternoon, shaking like there was a thunderstorm. (He's very much a crybaby when it comes to those). He finally settled down about a hour and a half later.

Maybe something is happening under the Canadian Shield or perhaps there some targeting going on with HAARP? I find it interesting that such as solid landforms would have such noticeable earth movements recently. Perhaps the gods are unhappy with Harper and Layton (RIP) got to real the power spot first!
