Himalaya is an active region and this one is not too big considering previous earthquakes.

But does seem earthquake activity quite high around the world.

Any possible theories.

99.99% of earthquakes occurred before humans ever existed. Think about it

Agree however the last decade has seen more on the Land then the Ocean. I guess its the laws of probability. Everyday there are hundreds of quakes occurring around the globe.

Seems things may not be so 'normal'

No, technically the Age of Aquarius will start when the Sun will be in the sign Aquarius at the time of the spring equinox on the sidereal wheel. That will happen in some time around two hundred to three hundred years from now, unless the constellations are physically in a different place...
I don't know about the Christian prophecies, to me they seem a little far-fetched.
