I am reading Freemasonry and its ancient mystic rites byC.W. LEADBEATER. I dont know if you are familiar with the author or the book but from the 50 or so pages i have read so far the guy seems to be a complete kook. Has anybody else read anything by this guy and if so is he for real? I dont know if i will finish the book he seems pretty far out there.

What about his book makes you perceive him as a "kook? I've read this book and didn't get the same impression, so perhaps if you could be a bit more descriptive.......

It seems like he mixes fact with fantasy claiming freemasonry originated in Atlantis and from Egyptian mystery schools. Not backing this up with fact, but rather with clairvoyance.

You mean old "Lend a hand" Leadbeater?
