Wow, with 3/11 this Spring I was expecting this to be the 'Summer of Terror.' Aside from attacks in Iraq and some minor explosions in Eastern Europe and the explosions in Athens prior to the Olympics, this summer has actually been pretty quiet.

Are the terrorists working on something that's got them busy, or is the War on Terror actually being won?
