This type of synchronicity happens to me constantly and the rate of coincidence does seem to be accelerating.

In my case I get the sense that we are approaching a point of convergence or the singularity. It's as if time is increasingly aligning itself and we are heading for some kind of watershed event.

I read a lot of ATS while listening to Dutch radio.
Never happens... not even one time.

So... does this mean I only get to be in sync with the universe when I keep to my native language and listen to Dutch rapshaait whilst reading?

I have a mailbox witch fills up with spam. Once a while I go and wash out the spam. That is very easy for everything that is not in Dutch, is spam. Dutch jumps out of English like English does with Chinese. At least on the subconscious level.

I just stare at the screen and let the rows and rows of spam (last time there were 1400 of them.) pass my eye. If there is something Dutch in there, it will trigger my amazing Dutector and give of a sort of spider alert in my head. It's a real buzz and feels really connected and paranormal too.

You go look for sync, you will find sync. Unless you're Dutch, then youll know it's programmed in your head.

This happens so often it no longer disturbs me as much as it used to.
Good to know that others experience this strange phenomena too.

One recent incident gave my brother who was visiting chills.
I asked him if he wanted to go to Canberra for a dedication ceremony at the war memorial for our Uncle who was involved in a specific tragedy that they were honouring.
We started talking about this Uncle and I then put on a DVD series I got from the library and the producers name came up , by itself on a black screen, at the opening credits and it was the exact name as our Uncle.
His name is not a common one. It made my brother pretty uneasy and he gave me a side eye.
He said "Did you see that? That is so weird. We were just talking about him and his name pops up"
It wasn't so weird for me because I'm so used to it happening.

I had an amazing religious experience, which I am willing to share with believers via pm. I can't post it in public.

Yesterday im on an app store on my phone to look for a game to download and im scrolling the page and it feels like everything is normal and im doing this while the news is on and i come across a game with the word "Gib" in it and at that exact moment my eyes see the word "gib" theirs a news story on some guy who coincidentally has the surname "Gib" or "Gibs" their are other examples one of which happened this week also, im reading a text (with my phone you cant see a long text completely unless you scroll down) and im reading it unknown to whats written next and as my friend had wrote "take care" and as ive read it a t.v show im watching one of the characters said "take care".

This is occurring so much lately and sometimes it sends chills down my spine because it's not adding up, it felt like a coincidence the first 6-7 times but its happening so much lately ive lost count and now im feeling like theirs more to it. If anyone's had any kind of experience like ive been having please tell me your experience and also let me know if its stopped or does it continue. Im intrested in peoples interpretations and im an opened minded person so ive told myself "maybe im reading things and listening out for the word's" but its the same as my experience with the number 11, i look for it and its their.... i avoid it and its their. This is more then expecting something subliminally.

God has an interesting way of "tapping you on the shoulder"... eh?

Do you think its god? i wish i knew what it was, it is an eerie feeling when it occurs i cant even avoid it if i tried.

I do believe it is... and it will happen more and more as you learn to know God...

Personally it makes me laugh... it just tickles my funny bone, and it happens almost every single day to me...

Hi, nice to have found this forum and to read to you all. So I am not the only one and I am not special lol. This synchronicity coincidence happens to me big time, more often with words or phrases but can also happen with dreams, occurrences etc. I am not Christian and I come from a different faith, so I don’t confine this to religion and I am sure it’s more interesting than that. Maybe it happens to all but not everyone notices it.

I'm so glad to find this thread! I often will be typing or reading a word on the computer and the exact same word will be spoken either on TV or by someone in the room. I don't remember when this started, but it's been happening to me for years. I also have chosen to take it as a positive sign that perhaps things for me are just as they should be; I find it very comforting every time it happens. It's so interesting to know that there are others who experience the same thing, and I'd love to know just how common is this experience.

It was very interesting to catch this thread today as I was skimming through the paranormal archives! This has happened to me quite alot both in the distant past, and again quite recently. I remember in one such occurance, writing a song, being stuck with a line's ending, having a eureka(!) moment and deciding 'aha! Plastacine!' at the very same time, the word 'plastacine' was being used by the host of a tv show that was playing in the background.

I'm subject to timecode occurances also, and see both these elements working hand in hand towards .... something. So much so infact, I was once in a friends house having (what we call) a carryout(?) and decided to go use the little boys room. There was a spider-plant on the windowsill, and when looking at it, I had a very profound experience that I cant really describe. Knowing that there was something important to it, I looked at my phone 100% expecting (for the first time) to have timecode confirm what was happening, and found that it was 11:11pm.

I have no idea what this means, other than it is very real, and my attention is being deliberately drawn towards things.

I experience this every so often, it's another avenue for synchronicity. In this case I call them 'magic words'. While writing or reading with the TV or radio going on in the background, I will hear a word at the very moment I write or read it. They come in groups/waves and may have various degrees of meaning. I may write words down when I hear them as this, but most often they are within the normal odds of chance and mean nothing to me. But other times they keep going and will form a topic and/or sentence(s). I will get at least 1 word per minute. If I ignore a word and don't write it down, it may repeat until I do. These repeated words are often how a cycle of words may start (a knock at my door). They often happen within a 3 hour period per day and may go on like that for a week. These waves of 'magic words' clearly defy the odds of chance and can't simply be ignored as some 'whatever' thing.
The first time I received 'magic words' was in 1989. That led me to the books 'The Roots of Coincidence' and 'The Stranger'. While in the book store the music playing guided me to them right away. I read both books but learned nothing much I didn't already know. Hmm? I found it to be a cosmic joke of sorts, and I laughed with the universe on that one... The last time I got 'magic words' was in 12-2012 when I got global doom and gloom warnings. Imagine that, hmm.
That all said, I have the feeling (IMHO) that our collective thoughts and will are very much involved with how the content of these 'magic words' are formed. In other words, the so-called 'magic' is part of the mysterious medium of our universe, but the 'words' come from our collective thoughts. This may involve other consciousnesses (God, gods, beings).
In closing, I point out that synchronicity as this is nothing new, but it is very magical and very personal. In the end we are still left with choices that may lead to good or bad (hint: Richard Matheson's Nick of Time).
