I've always like Putin for these reasons. He's a real talented guy actually and can do the widest variety of things. I mean, c'mon, when do we ever see our president riding bikes in a biker group? We're the ones that started all that craze.

Actually, no, an empowered (by false hopes from GWB) Georgia provoked Russia, and then got their butts handed to them for it.

I can guarantee that Ron Paul and Putin would get along great. One thing can be said for certain, Putin has kept the bankers out of Russia. I think he handled the Georgian conflict very well, especially considering that Georgia started it. Even though his views my be different than ours, he still has my respect. He is probably my favorite political leader in the world right now.

Putin may be cool but he's not as cute as Palin(who ain't all that but she's a step up from Putin, for sure).
