I have read the bible backward and forward.
I have studied many other religions.
I have never ever had an experience in my life that made me believe in god. I grew up going to church and tried very hard to believe and have faith, it never happened. I don't believe now nor do I see myself ever believing in the future unless he shows up in front of me. I am agnostic. I cannot say god exists nor can I say he doesn't all I can say is that I don't believe in him.

Wouldn't it be nice if god had his own website or at least Facebook account.
Then he could settle the debate for good.
Kinda seems to me that god could reveal himself to the whole world today via the internet.
So why doesn't he?

There is no test in that, lifes a test to see who is worthy, you've missed the entire concept.

Atheism is a joke, I dont know how anyone could look around them and say 'oh yeah it all got here by chance', and they call themselves logical thinkers, pffft. Imagine walking into a deserted city and thinking, hmmm, absolutely everything in this city must of got here by chance, let alone looking around the universe and thinking the same thing.

No, we were put here by aliens. Genesis 1:26. And God said, Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness.

Book of Enoch.
Book of Ezekiel.

They're here, they always have been for millions of years.

Im not a christian, but I do believe in GOD, Jesus, Mohommed, and all the true prophets of GOD that came before them.

Yes the pope is evil, doesnt take Sherlock Holmes to figure that out.

OK, we're on the same page. Apologies.

Yes, I believe in The creation. The creation created EVERYTHING.

God created us Humans. His name is Ea-Enki.

As for the serpent in Genesis, he may actually be the good guy. The reason women were made to look bad is because they wanted a masculine orientated structure.

I believe in Evil. But I can't blindly believe in God.

Haha, I starred that.

Ok. Well I don't believe Jesus would send you to hell for not believing in God but living your life in respect and love for nature.

Yes I agree. Sorry, I've gone off the trail. As I said, what Jesus taught was brilliant. Love.

Old testament God isn't the same one Jesus represents in my opinion.

Oh, and I'm a foe now, a rival. Touché.

But Jesus is God, and he said "no one comes to the father except through me".

Yes, but is it the same God as spoken of in the OT? Does he explicitly state this anywhere?

The OT god was vengeful and aggressive. Much like a higher being trying to force control onto people.

Jesus was the polar opposite.

In John 8:56-59 says, "'Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw it and was glad.' The Jews therefore said to Him, 'You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?' Jesus said to them, 'Truly truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.' Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself, and went out of the temple."

In John 14:8-9 it says, "Philip said to Him, 'Lord show us the Father, and it is enough for us.' Jesus said to him, 'Have I been so long with you, and yet you have not come to know Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how do you say, 'Show us the Father?'"

Need i go on?

Are you trolling for god?
Shameful.

Religion to me, is politics without elections. the big guy was voted in long ago. By mere mortals.
Who killed those who didn't pay along, just call em heathens, and they became animals. easier to kill , in the name of god.
It's been a successful form of mind control for thousands of years.
Those who had the ability to write it all down, were the winners. Even stealing the tales and legends of others.
It works, why change it?

It's important that we learn to love one another, both atheist and literalist fundamentalist alike.

Albert Pike was incorrect about how the energies of Christianity and Atheism will inevitably exhaust themselves, leaving nothing but for the "Luciferian Doctrine" to take their place. At the very least, I think it would be nice to prove him wrong...

Don't you?

Personally, I happen to agree with Terrance McKenna (himself very anti-religious), that Christianity has a very significant "chip in play"..

And properly presented and understood, something tells me that the Atheists are not about to stand in the way of it in the final analysis.

Don’t you bible bashers say there will be a great ‘falling away’ (I assume of people not following religion any more) – so are you saying the bibles wrong?
