It's time for another Republican debate, starting in about 5 minutes from now. (On CNN). Following the debates here on ATS has always been fun for me.

Anyways, hopefully this debate will be better than the earlier ones. Last time CNN had one of these debates, they really messed up.

So far, my only prediction for this debate is that Newt will call out one of the hosts again.

ETA - Going into the debate, the CNN poll on the TV says Perry is at 32% Romney 23% Paul 13% Bachmann and Gingrich 7% Cain 6% Santorum and Huntsman 2%

Tuned in... looking forward to seeing how all of the candidates perform, and also interested in seeing how CNN's analysts give their take on the debate in comparison to how Fox and MSNBC's crew did...

If there's one place for Ron Paul to make an impression, it's here in front of Tea Party activists. Hopefully he does well

I'm watching as well. Hopefully it is better than the last one. Already Ron Paul had the shortest introduction vignette so can't wait to see how it turns out.

They say they will try to give each an equal questions.

So, who's counting?

Can somebody keep track of how many times each candidate speaks? I'm doing too many things at once right now...

I think this is this first time they have had the National Anthem before the debate begins. (Atleast for this year, although in not 100% on that)

Also, if the host starts going "Errmmm eh eh cough cough" after a few seconds after a candidate beings to speak, im going to go crazy again. Also, I really hope they dont ask questions like "Blackberry or Iphone? Thin or crispy crust?" Couldnt stand it last time CNN did that.

I'm pretty sure they will...and I honestly don't see an issue with it.

The are polling the highest, which means most people are interested in what these two have to say.

I don't think it would be fair if they gave someone like Huntsman the most airtime.

Wolf Blitzer: "And I'll do my best to make sure each candidate gets their fair share of time." Uh, huh, we'll see about that.

They should get equal airtime... to skew airtime to polls would be a disservice to the people IMO...
