So my family is going through an issues with inheritance and we are a liitle bit worried. "death"

First off this post is too leave evidence in case anything happens to me. in a short while we are about to pick up a large amount of gold, lets just say you would never carry this amount of money on you ever. During this whole ordeal the other family we have dealt with has been hiding and withholding documents from us. They have avoided us like the plague but our lawyer forced their hand in giving us what we are do aka the gold. The road up is on a high mountain in cali and both me and my mother got a strange feeling about it. Like we could be run off the road then all the money would go to them. This isnt something i normally get feelings about as well as my mother. They both dont seem like the type of people who would go to that extreme yet, you can never count out peoples actions when money is involved and their actions lately have been very strange. I know this is the worst place to post something like this but never the less if you read two people died on a mountain in cali when a car ran them off the road i want you guys to send this to the mods and have the mods send it to the police so they could track down and see it its me. You will be able to tell if i never post again

Why do you think you are in danger? What are their actions that have you and your mother disturbed?

Its just gold. go with your gut. gold will do you no good if your dead. Smh.

You kind of need to know the people we are dealing with. They are straight laced put on the great show of how a family should be but that's all an act. The actions they showed was fear when dealing with the "will" while dealing my mother, they told her it was in her best interest to sign documents that clearly seemed one sided in their favor and we overheard a comment about forging documents pryer to them wanting us to sign documents. My mother even scared them when she said something about getting a forensic accounting and she got screamed at.I think they might be afraid of being caught stealing because a forensic accounting would show everything. They didnt think my mother would of contested this and just took what they gave her. like i said

Just a thought..but then again..you'd have to really trust him...if he knows you have gold.

I would definitely make sure someone else was traveling behind us.

Seems odd that you would travel to home to pick up gold..? I would think there are other ways these types of transactions are done?

I highly suggest bringing someone you trust..and have them follow you up and down the mountain. Basically act as bodyguards. You might need it beyond just the mountain anyway. Make sure you have a planned and direct path to your planned destination after picking up the gold. A place with people who are aware of you arriving. I'd suggest heading straight to a bank. If they are as uncouth as you think they are... your precious inheritance won't be safe if you just take it home.

Shady sounding dealings in far away places? Sounds like a story and not a very believable one, at that; especially when the words "inheritance" and "lawyer" and "gold" are involved... In any case, good luck I guess.

I don't understand..maybe you could explain..Your mother has to sign something, and then they give you the gold?

You need to hire some security to go with you.. one with you when you enter the home..and one in another car..who can stay in contact with the other dude that is with you..

This does sound odd..I've never heard of a lot of gold being picked up at a residence due to an inheritance..makes no sense.

...most of your op makes no sense - especially that you and your mother would have to retrieve the gold yourselves in some remote area - unless this is somehow illegally obtained gold...

Take two separate cars and load them up with your true friends.

If you're due the gold, then you're due the gold. Having security with you would not change that in any way. So why do you say that their children would get the gold then? Something about the story is seriously wrong. I won't go into my background, but if it is legit, then having security is not a problem and it doesn't change things so their children get the money anyway.

Here again, if you're lawyer is involved then there is legal documentation and representation. If that is the case, then I don't see what this is all about. If it is legit, which a lawyer isn't going to risk losing his license to practice law over, then all the intrigue sounds like a story and not a real situation. If the lawyer has "forced their hand", take the lawyer and police and be done with it. What does ATS got to do with it?

WE have to pick up the gold not our lawyer lol. Number two the will isn't being contested because there's a clause in it that states the person contesting it has to pay for both lawyers. He forced their hand because they are taking forever to give us what we are owed, These people still haven't shown us a full accounting of what was in the will to began with and to get a forensic accounting we would need to contest the will get it. if some car bumped us off the road and got away it would be considered a hit and run and that family would get everything
