No its not.

It is not a chatbot in the strictest sense of the word. It uses lines of speach previous people used on it to answer your questions and text with. It doesnt learn like you would expect a normal seed AI to learn.

Cleverbot is the least "clever" of any of the chatbots. It may however appear to be the smartest due to the way it works. It simply regurgitates back at you what it has heard before.

You do understand that cleverbot, and the other "talking" AI "learn" from the users, they can't elaborate on something they haven't encountered, this is why usually after 10 minutes cleverbot turns into a 14 year old on xbox live, spouting nonsense.
