UFO's in Lake Titicaca in Peru

My sister was browsing meter by meter beneath the surface from lake Titicaca and find things who look-a-like UFO's. She and I believe that the UFO's come out of the sea, but it is also possible that they hide in some lake. See the film and if you think it is something else, please reply.

There's a movie coming out called "Battleship" based on the popular board game that many of us used to play, if it came out of the sea, that would be the first hahaha.

It's somewhat presumptuous claiming the lights are beneath the surface of the lake. The video clearly shows motion blur, which does not exclude airplanes flying above, reflections of celestial objects, nor boats travelling over the lake, or any other mundane explanation one may come up with.

Besides, I doubt the program used is eligible as a credible source as it may affect the pictures themselves.

Is this your video? What's EMSC, Emergency Medical Services Corporation? and why are they filming this? And why oh why do people feel a need to pipe in filler-music? It so cheapens the validity.
