On a more serious note, there are several companies building bunkers throughout the US and in other countries, such as South Africa. Everybody is
always talking about 2012 being just another doomsday sure to pass without a hitch...but personally I don't recall million-dollar Y2K bunkers.
This is going to turn into one of those situations where it's going to matter a lot less what actually happens and instead we are going to be dealing
with what people think is going to happen and how they react once it doesn't. Keep in mind, if everybody buys up the supplies ( food, water, etc.),
and others begin to panic and loot....it still means there won't be food & water available for purchase until things get back under control. Which
could take longer than usual since people in this country seem to be itching for a fight anyway. This may just be the catalyst. Better safe ( and
supplied) than not.
