Depends on how long you want the fight to last. They say you take out the leader another will pop up in his place but if you remove the soldiers will to fight the leader has no one to lead anymore (but I always thought that was a way to ensure the leaders survival).

Watched it tonight on TV.....

It's clear as to why our boys should come home. The Americans and Coalition Forces really don't know who they are fighting and who they killing; they are being taken for fools, made fools of, and used by Afghani tribes to irradicate tribal opposition. When the Americans and Coalition Forces realise they have been taken for fools...then they end up having to cover it up with lies upon lies.

It's time to let the Afghani tribes fight their own wars
