What is the oldest thread on ATS?

Just for curiosities sake, I thought it would be fun to look through the oldest thread here, and to see what subject it was about. I've been trying to find it, but I've had no success at all.
Also, does anyone know what year this site was created? I've tried search, and looked for a way to sort threads by date, but that doesn't seem to be possible.

I tried to post links to old versions of ATS from wayback but it wouldn't go through,

However, if you want to see some samples of ATS from the old days, go to:

and type in ATS's URL into the so-called "Wayback Machine" on that page. You can find saved shots of ATS going back to 1999.

Unfortunately, in keeping with ATS tradition, the 3 oldest threads were 404'ed for reasons we don't need to know. I jest of course.

Thanks so much, I didn't even think to check the Wayback Machine! Amazing how much it has changed over the years. I wasn't aware that it had started out as an area 51 research site.. I thought it had always been a forum.
