Why did MSN and Windows Live lock me out?

Anything having to do with those, whether it's their own website front page, hotmail, 'entertainment', profile, account, ---you name it--- I tried it,
All I get is this. g.msn.com...

Anyone else?

I did come across something during my access endeavors, which said about a violation of their rules to the email. I DO NOT GET lots of email, and NOT EVEN few email, (lonesomely) except that one of my email accounts recieves notices from Facebook when someone submits friendship, the same thing I see in Face, which is more seldom than not, and appropriate.

I have been active in agreeing with things like We Are Change. so am I being harrassed by the PTB there?
