This should be on all the tabloids. I doubt it will make it there however. If this got out, I think this would show the public who Perry really is, and it would destroy his political career.

Ask, and it shall be given - well, if the Weekly World News counts, anyway:

SIMI VALLEY, CA – Ron Paul defeated Rick Perry in the debate last night, then beat him up backstage...

...The conservative Perry, who in just a few weeks as an official candidate has soared to front-runner status in the race for his party’s 2012 presidential nomination, then got into a shoving match with Ron Paul back stage.

Surprisingly, Paul, who is much smaller than Perry – and a bit frail – shoved Perry back. According to insiders, Perry got into his Texas Fighting Stance. Paul seized the opportunity and belted Perry in the face.

“It was an amazing punch. Ron hit him square in the jaw,” said a Ron Paul aide.

The two men then got into a brawl that any Texas saloon would be proud of. Both men were smashing chairs against each other. In the end, however, Paul gave Perry a whooping.

“Paul was like a wild bull,” said a source that was back stage. “He kept landing punch after punch on Perry.”

Paul left Perry whimpering on the floor. He defeated the governor on stage and off.

That Paul's a madman, I tell you.

Breaking chairs over one another? Gotta love the tabloids. The writer should get hit with a chair so he understands the difference between movie props and real chairs! Real chairs don't shatter over young muscular men, and they sure don't shatter over old frail men.

Makes for a nice story though, and in today's culture it will probably be more believable to the masses than the real story. At least they say Paul won!! Even the tabloids have more fact than the MSM!

While I wouldn't applaud.
I do believe there are people on this planet who do not deserve the luxury of sharing the air that we breath.

Murderers fit that category. And then on a case by case basis.

I don't often call in this favor, but I am well connected with a Washington insider, and got the info on what was said.

Apparently, Perry walked over to Paul, who said "U MAD BRO?"

After Perry touched Paul, Paul responded "You're tone is all wrong, touch me like that again and I'll stab you in the face with a soldering iron"

After the debate was over, Paul tried to make good with Perry by giving him a can of mixed nuts. Only, there weren't nuts in the can clearly marked "mixed nuts" Perry was aware of this, but thought it was one of those silly snakes that jump out when you open it. It wasn't. It was a taser set to fire as soon as the can was opened. Perry took both taser probes IN THE FACE. While perry was convulsing on the floor, Paul came out from behind a stack of folding chairs, stole perry's wallet, and put a single dill pickle in every one of his pockets. Perry's identity was then sold to a man named "Juan Balboa" who is now the current front runner for president of the USA.

Got to love inside information.

I don't know what's sadder.

Rick Perry or the messianic adoration for Ron Paul on ATS.

It happened with Obama in 2008 and now it's happening with Ron Paul in 2011.

Exactly. If people would get past this partisan nonsense and take an objective look at all of this madness, Paul has replaced Obama as the "grassroots" hope.

There is no hope in voting for a candidate running for the Elite's Political Parties. NONE.

With that said, I'm saddened that my state's governor, Chris Christie, didn't get a chance to get in on this action, I would have loved to see him take a dump on half of the field with his douchebag antics

You have to admit, this dog and pony show the elites put on every 4 years makes for good theater.

It looks to me as though Rick Perry is trying to convince Ron Paul of something he very strongly believes in...but that Ron Paul is just not having it!

I think that Rick Perry, Mitt Romney and Michelle Bachmann are the candidates that have been hand picked by the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.

If only that were true. Sadly, he has a VERY GOOD chance of becoming POTUS, and we will all pay for it. He should never have had any chance of becoming Governor, or winning re-election as Governor after reversing his campaign promises, but he did.

I hope he does NOT get elected, but he MSM and the GOP are doing their best to make him the guy.

He was reelected due to the vote against him being split by about several other candidates. He won with less than 40% of the vote. The majority of Texans wanted him gone.

Rick Perry was by far the winner with 18 times. Ron Paul had 8.

Well I was afraid they weren't going to turn Ron's mike on at all. At least that's how it sounded in the beginning.

If you were counting, a lot of other people were too. I hope they raise holy hell about it. My roommate checked the poll on MSNBC last night. At the time he did Ron had 22,000, Rick had 2,000. Interestingly enough I mentioned how some ATSer were whining about Ron Paul's supporters spamming the polls. He said "So? The other supporters are free to do the same, if they believe strongly enough. Why don't they do it to?" And then he said something rather odd, especially since he is not an ATSer; "Pictures or it didn't happen." I laughed my ass off and he still doesn't know why?

What did I think of these photos? Sauramon and Gandalf, that's what. Someone send an eagle to the roof of the Texas Capital so we can get Ron down from there.

I also noticed Hunstman did well in the debate. I will always be a Ron Paul guy, but Herman Cain is also very likeable as someone who has worked/held a job in the real world.

Romney just rubs me the wrong way. I was living in Massachusetts during his tenure. He compromises way too much for my taste. I would have had more respect if he would have acted like a real Conservative and dealt with veto overrides by the socialists who run the state of Massachusetts and backed off the individual mandate in state healthcare. hank God I am back in Texas by the way.

Oh, and just a note on Texas schools while we are at it since it came up in the debate. My kids had a lot of catching up to do in Texas schools after 8 years of schools in MA and VT, 2 of the most respected states in education stats. Just goes to show that being easy gets you higher graduation rates for rankings MA(18) VT (7).

How true, except Obama was always a liar, and Paul simply tells the truth - you forgot that part. Oh and the part about Barak having only about two weeks in politics, while Ron has a pretty spotless 12 terms in Congress. And the part about Barak working for Kissinger after College.

You guys remind me of the guy who got cheated on by one girlfriend and therefore treats all women like whores. You can level that accusation at all the rest in this race, but it just doesn't fit when applied to Ron Paul. And really if that is the best ya got...

We all know there are two reasons Obama got swept into the White House. One he had the Rothschild stamp of approval - you guys actually like that reason? - and, well...

Let's just say that if Redd Foxx had been running as the first black candidate for president, he would have had no problem getting in either, and he has only slightly less experience that Obama, and Redd actually was a US citizen. He would have done a better job than Obama too despite his being deceased, at least he was honest.

Another puppet or Ron Paul? Seems like a simple question to me...

Did I call Paul a liar? No.

I just would like for you people who think that this man is Jesus Christ to stop for a second and maybe realize that you're being led to put your hopes and faith into someone who could possibly be serving as CONTROLLED OPPOSITION. I see the similarities between how rabid Paul's followers are and how rabid Obama's supporters were back in 2008.

"No!! You're wrong about him! He's different!". Maybe. Maybe not.

Any politician that aligns themselves with either the GOP/DNC deserves to be questioned on their loyalty to the people.

God, you just don't pay attention, do you? "Controlled opposition".....for 30+ YEARS? If he was controlled opposition, why didn't he make it to the oval office in 2008?

Voters were rabid for ANYONE or ANYTHING that was the opposite of Bush in 2008. They wanted nothing to do with Republicans. Obama came out of nowhere with MUCH HELP, and the whole "first black president" thing was the perfect distraction away from his negligible political career. The only significant thing that man did as a senator was garner billions for Big Pharma with his "Avian Flu Bill" that he touted as his "biggest priority since being elected senator!"

Ron Paul is a whole different ball game. Comparing supporters of these two candidates is a farce.
