I found about this through a friend, So far that he knows and what he has told me is that they are located in Europe and Russia, was established in the 60s, and they are in bed with the Elite and the US Government.

This stuff is real and if you say this is a hoax then there is the door. I'm going to find out what can I do to save lives and stop the evil of this world.

So far we are working together to crack this guy's code and find out what he's saying.
