As if Gunrunner wasnt enough?

The suspect told investigators he helped operate a mill in Mexico manufacturing improvised explosive devices made from the U.S.-sourced grenade components, they said. Mr. Kingery allegedly said he supplied the weapons to a cartel called La Familia Michoacana and also helped the cartel convert semiautomatic rifles into military-style machine guns.

Nonetheless, he walked free without being charged after just hours in custody, officials said.

It's like the fed is taking sides in the drug cartel war or something. Maybe playing both sides while profiting from it's own "war on drugs" nonsense while causing death and suffering both North and South of the border.

Well we have seen that before in countless conflicts. If they choose a side and help it perhaps they think they will be able to garner more control. Only problem is that always backfires on the US. They do need to continue the war on drugs to actually keep their jobs too.

It's amazing how much tyranny is tied to keeping people employed.

Can't end wars on people because of all the jobs we'd lose.

Can't end prohibition because of all the jobs we'd lose.

Can't stop filling prisons because of all the jobs we'd lose.

Can't streamline the tax code let alone abolish taxes altogether because of the jobs we'd lose.

We've gone from agrarian to industrial to service based economies to simply holding ourselves up at gunpoint.

Yer sure on the money there. We gotta keep all those cops and agents busy.....
The US Gov probably IS the Familia Michoacano....!
They are the ones closest to the govt of mexico i think....(or was that the Sinaloa cartel?)
Its hard to remember who bribbed who the most.......

Anyways the DEA must have agents penetrating both cartels by now.....they are practicaklly mexican institutions anyways....It is feasable that they could, with military help , round up a lot of mexican cartel members at once, and cripple them.
just incarcerate them and their businesses will fall apart without their attendance.
The small fry who try to take over in their absence will be easy pickins later.....
