Isn't this kind of rare for this location?

EDIT:

I guess so:

Speculative/Predictive -
It's probably a Psy-Op. 'They' are getting people used to the idea of a quake in the atlantic. So that they can blame a quake for a tsunami on 9 November.

Keep watching the quake meters, I expect we will see a few more in the run up to November.

Relatively speaking, this quake was right near TC Katia...

Odd.

Oh and Atlantic earthquakes/tsunamis aren't rare...

I don't want to sound disrespectful, but the Elenin thing really just strikes me as the doom de jour.

Next year it will be something else, me thinks.

I don't think they've called for a tsunami on this one.

Maybe 5.3 is too low?

ETA:

Looks like all of the prior examples required 7 or greater.

Added that for SatoriTheory, who mentioned tsunamis.

Reckon we'll soon see a youtube video saying that TC Katia caused this quake because of HAARP?

You are not being disrespectful. However, I am not sure why you mentioned Elenin. I certainly never mentioned it.

Odd.

True, but I don't get it why people find it so hard to believe that alignments could have an effect on our weather and planet. We know nothing about our universe, heck we don't even know our own planet, people dismiss allot of idea's and theories here because they lack mainstream approval.. Do you feel the irony here?

Thats like if someone would have posted last year the idea of a star based almost entirely out of hydrogen he would have get laughed at. even if he had found a paper on the internet which discussed the possibility.

And yet Hydrogen star

The fact is,we still know to little to dismiss idea's and theories

I'm sorry, I misunderstood you then.

What's the 9 November reference? I'm feeling slow today.

I'm open to the general substance of what you say, however I've seen some pretty extreme claims of this Elenin thing.

Just not really sure what to make of it all. Maybe it was just coincidence, but the first few threads I've read on the topic sounded so unlikely, it's prevented me from digging in further on the subject.

That would be a significant day, 9/11/11 to most of the planet, quite a bit happening that day. They are also making use of the Emergency Alert System that day, which should prove interesting.

Probably best to discuss it when you are not feeling so slow. It also requires an open mind.
And to discuss it now would derail your thread.

9/11/11, wouldn't that be in 5 day then? In America we write the month first.

November 9th would be 11/9/11 that date looks good too as numerlogy goes though.

Yet the date was written 9/11/11 way before America was plagued with foreigners....

I am aware of date formats, I tend to use the most globally recognised format.

As I mentioned in my previous post 9/11/11 (D/M/Y) is the most recognised date format on planet earth.
