What might be really interesting is to get a radiation meter/ dosimeter. Then very discreetly measure for radiation at these cloaked UFO or Noise areas. Radiation measured at the places of bird and fish mass kills might also be interesting in Arkansas. The radiation could still be measured from January, I don't think it would have disappated, if it was orginally high in radiation and caused the animal deaths. I am really surprised people aren't running around and checking this already. UFO Hunters just had a show where two older ladies died from Radiation Sickness from having an up close UFO sighting in Texas in 1980. It was on cable TV two weeks ago.

I did not call the parahelic, I called them Wegener arcs. The person that made the video of them never claimed it to be a cloaked ufo. He specifically called them wegener arc. And he posted his video here:

the man who took the video is Mark Vornhusen and it was filmed in 2007. if you google him you will see he writes on a number of atmospheric phenoenon on many other sites as well, so he may have a good idea of what he is talking about.

wegener arcs are not pareheilic arcs. they appear when sunlight reflects/ refracts off ice crystals - so a passing cloud will have an arc of crystals that reflect light, but it will fade as the cloud and its crystals passes.
as for the bending, Mark used a lens that creates a fish-eye distortion. while it allows for maximum sky observing, it bends the image, and it either stays that way or needs to be run through software to correct the distortion.


edited to add: the position of the arc is not dependant on the clouds causing the reflection of light, it determined by the position of the sun and the observer. So the clouds will move, but the arc stays in the same place.

A "Wegener Arc and a Parahelic Arc" are basically caused by the same exact thing - ice crystals in clouds acting like prisms.

The person responsible for the blog you linked did not film the video, he found it on a webcam online and being some sort of specialist about posting photo / video arcs he assumed it was another example of one and labeled it as such.

These type of Arcs DO depend on the position of the cloud and especially depend on the position of the SUN. The video is a time lapse covering a great deal of time and if it was an example of a Parahelic / Wegener Arc it would not stay in the same place for that long and then just vanish. It would move w/ the position of the sun.

If it was a lens effect it would remain apparent constantly and not vanish.

well not sure where you are getting your info. He said on his blog "I captured this..." so I assume that means he captured it. As for it not being able to be parhelic/ wegener arc, well i don't see why it wouldnt be. It looks exactly like them, and it isnt such a long time span. The event begins at 10:42 am. It does move higher in the screen and peaks at 11:39. At 2:30 the wegener's arc clearly intersects the ring and the event is over. It spanned less than 4 hours and did show movement so i was not stationary for that time length. And when I said it was not dependant on the position of the clouds what I should have said was it was not dependant on the movement of the clouds. The clouds pass it and only the ice crystals that are reflecting light back form the arc. It is basically a form of colorless rainbow. Rainbows dont move with the raindrops, parhelic/wegeners do not move with the clouds. They show up when the cloud passes.
I cannot prove it is a natural phenomenon, although I am free to point outhow identical it is to a proven natural occurance. And to be honest, it is a lot more likely to be reflection/refraction than it is to be a cloaked alien ship. Much as I would love for it to be.

He "captured" an online webcam broadcasting from Oklahoma. He is from Europe.

He is used to capturing arcs on photographs and that is the only example of video on his site. I believe he completely missed the fact that the event lasted over 4 hours.

Given the lack of information on the equipment being used, access to recreate the event, etc the only responsible conclusion is that this is caused by something unknown.

It is not a parahelic / wegener arc, however. Watch the cloud movement at the edge of the circle more closely.

Definitely strange..its these type of videos that get me thinking..when i see a video that clearly depicts lanterns or balloons etc i write it off as BS and go on about my day...but not this one

I had an epiphany a few days ago and realized this amongst a bunch of other things. Of course I came up with this hypothesis under the realization that original sin is something your law makers have worked rediculously hard to ensure is built into your laws, so at birth you are born into original sin and when you become an adult you have no realization of your acts which serve to perpetuate the implied contract which you got scammed into.

Personally it gets me thinking that perhaps the illuminati were charged to create the whole illusion we see here in order to either bring us responsibly into an era of space exploration, or to self-annhilate us if we turn out to become irresponsible, easily taken advantage of, and/or clearly nonbenevolent. It's possible, and this ancient god, not the christian satan, but the older pre-biblical forms usually tend to be the god of knowledge... and the bible does have a nice metaphor of what the pursuits of knowledge creates (greater suffering, in exchange for money, power, or youth) --> is the god that they worship to become further illuminated. This is representative of the will do anything attitude towards the pursuit of knowledge (wasn't that the forbidden fruit on the tree of good and evil?).

It could be aliens or it could be a bunch of evil occultists, or it could be a man-made virus in the collective mind of humanity (same thing as a cult I would imagine), or it could be a people who believe in neither good nor evil, and that knowledge produces both. Personally, I think the pursuit of knowledge can be a good thing and doesn't necessarily have to have consequences if there aren't game players like the illuminati and the power elite.

The path to our salvation comes from breaking our social agreements and working with our neighbors to rebuild and empower the individual, so the individual depends on themselves and their own tools and not some parasite state magician that does everything for them while their roles on their own aren't functional for anything other than their job in society. As a race of people we almost deserve to get taken advantage of for how weak we are when we hold all of the power -- it's like people in general like shirking their personal power off in favour of society's diaper.

Brilliant !!! I love it, this is a little off topic but when you mentioned the illuminati and original sin I want to go back. Way back, and forgive me if I'm shooting way out field, but have you read anything into puma puku ? Tiahuanaco ? What about oh I'm lost for the name, I believe it was in turkey. There was a thread on ATS a few days ago about a possible connection of early man, that a statue as well a bowl found in different places as well as some inscriptions of the " Star gates " in the mentioned locations drawing a significant connection. Essentially, when you look at the even bigger picture stating that early many potentially 5000bc was Advanced as well as unified. I'm running out of space here, but essentially it starts to paint a picture of a much bigger history than we are currently aware. Or are currently allowed to be aware of.

I will once again, reiterate amazing posts and amazing research. I'm truly impressed. I look forward to reading anything else you come up with. I'm speechless for the most part but my mind is racing !!! S for sure.

Funny you should mention it....... I was woken on the 5th sept 2011, a very loud pulsating alot like the noises I have recorded in the past but this one seemed incredibly close and alot bigger sounding, I'd say it was above my house. Swansea a major city well it's a city.......

i hear ya (and thanks for the star too). I am a firm believer in aliens - however I refuse to be fooled by youtube vids and compelling arguments about jesus on a space ship. I am searching in earnest for real undebunkable proof. Maybe the vid here is an alien ship. Who knows? And that is the problem. As long as another, more likely and probable possibility exists, then we do not have any evidence whatsoever, and i think that is what most alien hunters fail to realize. I yeaRn for the undebunkable vid - the holy grail of youtube. and this vid, sadly, isnt it!

After looking at a few parhelic cloud videos....its looking pretty grim OP...still pretty cool to stare at tho.
