Israel has made countless veiled nuclear threats against the Arab nations and against the Soviet Union (and by extension Russia since the end of the Cold War). One chilling example comes from Ariel Sharon, the current Israeli Prime Minister "Arabs may have the oil, but we have the matches."

I don't understand where such viewpoints are established. As I have posted in numerous threads - that you all refuse to read by using the search feature - jewish people are encouraged both by god and by their religious leaders to have good relations with people in the countries they live in. The first religious edict issued in the diaspora after the jews had to leave Israel was "The law of the land is your law" meaning whatever country you live in, whatever their laws are, you follow them as if they were your own.
