Hmm... I have the (somewhat) same problem with you. Only, when im in light, no not the type of light like a lap or a light bulb. When im in sun i should say, my eyes turn this icy, bright, blue. I took a picture of my eeys this one day because my friends said i looked inhuman, so of course this concerned me and i took a picture of my self. It turns out they look like there glowing this icy creepy bright blue. I am liught sentive, my pupils are Always small too, but when i took this picture you couldnt even SEE my pupils, beyond the birhgt icy blue i had to zoom in all the way tot he max to see the impossibly small dots. I did look exptremly creepy and i have no clue what is causeing this. If anyone has the same problem, reply to me. Because i am lost on this subject.

My eyes change color to. When im happy there a brownish-orange, when im excited there a golden-carmel, when im upset there more greenish-brown, when im angry there a dark brown, and when im neutral or have all different emotions there green brown orange and gold. I think its cool how they change color!

Colour change in eyes is a very easy thing to explain

it could be due to blood pressure change induced by a violent emotion/feeling

Violent or disturbing

due to the important amounts of veins and vessels irrigating the eyes tissues, it could easily change the colour of the eye..

second example, the lacrymal glands can be over stimulated for the same violent emotion and cover the eye itself with excessiv amount of lacrymal fluid, reflection of light on the fluid itself can make your eye look totaly different than usual (i already explained it in a previous post)

nothing special at all

My eyes were always bright deep blue until I was 18 then they started to change color depending on my mood. Every girlfriend I have ever had tells me that my eyes can change can color from blue when Im super relaxed, hazel when Im focusing on something to bright scary green when Im angry or upset. Its too the point where if Im on the phone with my girlfriend and I sound stressed she says "Hey I want those eyes blue by the time I get home!"
I really hope its not a symptom of some sort of disease, I'd like to ask a doctor but unfortunately what 23 year old can afford to go to the doctor these days.....

This happens to me, too.

Pale blue-grey most of the time, but darker or lighter depending on mood, and alternating between bright blue and kind of a slate color, also depending on mood/lighting.

I think some degree of color shift is normal (particularly with blue eyes) due to blood pressure changes and perception, but...

I've always wondered if the color shifts associated with hazel eyes might be separate from the traits for iris color and might be passed from a parent and paired with any other eye color, resulting in hazel-like shifts within a spectrum not normally associated with hazel eyes.

So, genetically, a person might have hazel eyes that "look" blue, or green, or etc.

Always wondered, because my parents were brown-eyed + hazel-eyed, and mine are blue... but I have a sister whose eyes are also blue, and hers are always the same color. Maybe she's just less moody?

My eyes are hazel and appear different to different people or perhaps at different times. They tend to change with the color of my clothes. But they absolutely DO change color when I am furious - they turn gold. My husband has pointed this out to me, so he knows when to tread lightly.

On a little different note, I sometimes have one large and one small pupil. I did ask a doctor the first someone pointed it out to me, he said not to worry. But, hey, something has to cause it. Any ideas ?

My eyes are screwed up. My friends all say they change color acording to my mood. When im really happy they are emerald green with a gold band. When im pissed they go yellow-goldish. Really scares people XD

My eyes also change colors in various situations. I'm not sure if it's just a play on the light or what, but depending on my mood and sometimes my clothes, my eyes will display varying colors. I've had my eyes go through just about every color. Varying shades of blue, varying shades of green, and even a light brown color.

About time I find people with the same problem with eye colors changing. For me it does seem to change when my moods change. Usually my eyes are brown and have switched to green and back and forth. Sometimes I'll get a combination of both colors between changes, like for instance the outer section would be dark brown and then it would fade to greens towards the centers. Others have noticed it around me aswell. But one of my pupils seems larger than the other side, but I'm not sure if it's related or not.

Hmm, maybe I'm stuck on one frequency. It seems like my eyes never change colors. Whenever I'm mad, or sad they seem the same dark brown (bordering on black) territory. Yet I guess when I'm extremely overjoyed about something they become a bit of a lighter shade of brown I believe. Although it's been years since I've been overjoyed about anything so I don't remember much. I guess it's supposedly my neutral color

EYES DON'T CHANGE COLOUR

Hello... I was just browsing the web about eye colour and meanings because mine also change colour, and I have come to the conclusion that my eyes change colour due to my mood or peoples mood around me. I have not seen a specialist but I feel there is no need to do so as when I get angry, other people notice the change, when I get upset again, other people notice this change.

However it is said that only green eyes can change colour, and yes, I have green eyes.

hi, the most common reason for your eye color change is rage, as you already mentioned, and belive it or not it happens to everyone, the thing is, nobody really pays attention to how their eyes look like, i think the may have too much to think about... their angry.
mine for example turn brown to almost green when im angry...or drunk
anyways, dont think about it too much, and trust me, its natural
