I wanted to tell my self that O'Reilly is at least a good guy IRL...I was wrong.

Well this on top of something I read about what he does before every interview. He has a bad temper and is a jerk to his co-workers. I read that he yelled at a makeup lady just for fun.

I'm not a big O'Reilly fan, but don't this this is really compelling evidence of his character. I would imagine you could could find unedited footage of bucket loads of newsanchors, talk show host and actors losing it at one time or another due to technical difficulties,

Have you never had a bad day?

I have no idea how O'Reilly is "IRL" nor do you... Judgmental are we?

Yes, this is proof of his character since he actually did what he did here.

I have NEVER thrown a fit at work or in public in all my years of working (30+).

I am who I am in public.

And here I thought this would be about him bribing police to break up an affair his wife was having

Is throwing a fit in public an indication of character? Character is innate, correct? Do all small children have bad character? No, they are immature, just as O'Reilly is..

I think you just described his character.

Come on, he is a jerk. You are welcome to still like him though. I like lots of jerky people.

He IS a jerk... And, who said I liked him? He is immature, does that make him a horrible person though? I hope not...

I saw this clip awhile back. I know what you mean and totally agree. The guy is totally unstable and has no business anywhere need a position of authority. This is just one of a few examples of what we've seen on tape. I'd hate to imagine what he's like when there's no camera around. I couldn't find it, but there's a clip around of when he was on "the view". He told someone on the show to "be quiet and you might learn something", as he explained his view on some controversial point. real jerk, seriously needs to have that clock cleaned.

That videos gets a star!
Made me laugh hysterically!

As to the OP, sounds to me like you are looking for a reason to not like this guy...
And your title is very misleading. IRL means in real life...not On The Job. Or Behind The Camera.
You know how many people have done the same exact thing on Air?
Probably more than you think.
You think people don't get frustrated and yell when things don't work out?
Everyone has bad days and yell at things, etc....
At least he didn't call the crew names or what have you.

Bill may be a tool, but he is human.
He can break down too.

Is this funny? YES

Does Papa Bear make a fool of himself? OH YEA

Should I pass judgment on a dude just cuz he flipped out for a minute? Nah, I get like that too when I miss breakfast. Bill probably just needs a sandwich. Can someone get Bill a #@*&ing Sandwich please!!!?

Kinda harsh to say Bill is a POS just based on this old clip, especially when there are probably many better examples all over the net of him acting like an Adam Henry.
