Are the ALL CAPS Mods off today?

I don't usually complain about ATS. I love this site and normally I think the Mods do a great job. Yes, Sometimes, I question their actions, but I do this through U2Us simply requesting a why and I am always polite about it. I also realize that most of the time, unless something is alerted within a thread, the Mods may miss something and on a site such as this with its size and growth everyday it can be very difficult to catch everything. With that said I would like to show this copy and paste of my Favorite Forums list.(I have placed the lines between the posts to make it easier to read)

As you can see there are 4 posts, just in my list, in the last 22 hours with all cap titles. I could understand if they were within an hour or two but 5 hours, 15 hours, 16 hours, and 20 hours? The more this happens and the Mods don't change it the more people will do it thinking it is okay.

I could also understand if they were in "Not so popular" forums but they are on some of the most popular Forums on this site(General Conspiracies, Rant, and Global Meltdown).

Maybe I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I just seems obviously in the open to me.

I didn't know mods had special jobs I thought they were like the all seeing eye and just caught everything. lol just trying to bring so humor to your day even if it is bad.

I've noticed the same thing actually. Whatever you do, don't go to the new topics feed, because there's another one

Thanks. I am not really having a bad day. I just notice that this is usually taken care of very quickly and today/yesterday it has been allowed to slide. Everyone deserves a day off. Maybe the old saying "the best place to hide something is right out in the open" rings true. I am not really bothered by this as caps or no caps doesn't really matter to me personally, I, like I said, usually see it nipped rather quickly and today/yesterday it seems to have been overlooked. I think it less a rant and more a question as to why.
