Here is a recipe I found through Recipe Nut. My family loves them!!
You Need:
about 20 strawberries
8oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg graham crackers (optional)

Take the strawberries and cut out the centers. Next mix the cream cheese, powder sugar, and vanilla together. If you have a piping bag they work great but if not just use a sandwich or ziplock bag and cut off a tip. Then fill the strawberries. Ground up your graham crackers and dip the tops of the strawberries in. In the recipe it suggests melting some chocolate chips and drizzling over them. Here is the link.

I whipped up a few of these in like 15 minutes as I just happened to have everything on hand.

This is WINNING!

ETA: Perfect midnight snack after a visit from the bong fairy... I made about 10 of them and put the ziplock bag of 'filling' in the fridge for next time

Take your vile statement somewhere else.

I was reading this book a few days ago, and one of the characters kept bringing up cheesecake. It was so bad, I had to run to the store buy the stuff to make cheesecake (I make an excellent one, if I do say so myself) because I couldn't finish the book, because it made me crave it so.

Why would anyone post in a cooking forum that has cheesecake if they didn't like it?
I love cheesecake

IT's good....its an acquired taste. I didn't like it the first time I had it but then I had Oreo cheesecake and Reese Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake and died and went to heaven!

Cream cheese is good on a spoon too

Yeah I didn't use to like it either, but now I love it. Plus this is soo easy to whip up its great! The hardest part is cutting the strawberries!

I just wanted to let everyone know that these strawberries are so rich I can only eat 2 or 3 in one sitting.
(Dozen, that is)
